28 RPTRAs in North Jakarta Ready to Be Inaugurated

Using 2016 APBD, we plan to develop 31 RPTRAs

The 31 RPTRAs construction tconducted through 2016 APBD in North Jakarta, 28 out of them have finally been completed.

Head of North Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Sub-dept, Chairul Lantip disclosed, besides through APBD, 11 other RPTRAs are also developed through obligation and CSR. Thus, totally, there are 42 RPTRAs in North Jakarta.

"Using 2016 APBD, we plan to develop 31 RPTRAs. While the rest are developed by the developer since 2015," he expressed, Tuesday (1/10).

Of the 31 RPTRAs, 11 out of them are in Tanjung Priok, 8 units in Kelapa Gading, 6 units in Koja, 3 units in Penjaringan, 2 units in Cilincing and 1 unit in Pademangan. Each of them has land as wide as 645-1,750 square meters.

He went on the say that 3 out of 31 RPTRAs which have completed first are Biru Laut, Amsir and Kelapa Nias IX. And 28 other RPTRAs, which will be completed later, are Sunter Mas Timur, Janur Kuning 1, Rorotan Police Complex and Rawa Badak Stadium. 

"Related to parts which should be upgraded, will be followed up during maintenance period," he finished.
